- Do you need to be comfortable with a phone?
- The message is created in the Sylorkey app, free on iOS and Android. A relative can help with the sealing; only the password needs to stay known to the person sealing it, and to whoever they choose.
- Can the message wait for a precise date?
- Yes: it opens on the exact date and time chosen at sealing. Until then, it stays invisible to everyone.
- What happens if the Guardian is lost in the meantime?
- The message stays sealed and protected by the password. As each Guardian is identified by a unique code, our support team can help the family regain access to the message.
