The legacy of time
Some words deserve their moment.
Entrust them to Sylorkey. They will open only at the moment you have chosen.
A galaxy of countless worlds, each inhabited, each unlike anything we know. Your messages cross time there: write, record or film, choose the exact date of the revealing, and entrust it to a Sylor Guardian. It will open only at the chosen moment.
Moments that wait
A Guardian keeps a message until the day you choose. Here is a moment that could be sealed today. Here are moments that could be sealed today. One of them may well be yours.
A gift for a birth
Sealed the day she was born, with her Sylor
Opens the morning of her eighteenth birthday
The message
“You were born tonight, at 3.12 in the morning. Your whole hand fits inside mine. When you read this you will be eighteen. I do not know you yet, and already I know…”
The guardians
The Sylors are the mystical guardians of Sylorkey. These creatures watch over the relics and stay with every sealed message until the moment it is to be revealed.
Astria is the first of them: the Guardian of Novure, world of eternal ice, its unique code hidden beneath the cloak. Entrust it with a message: it will open only on the date you have chosen — a birthday, a coming of age, a homecoming.
The shop
World of eternal ice
The Sylorkey shop is not a catalogue: it is a galaxy. Every world shelters its Guardians, and every Guardian keeps a message for time to come. Novure is the first world to open, and Astria its first Guardian, now on pre-order.
The concept
Send a message into the future that will reveal itself at exactly the moment you choose. A Guardian, a message, a moment: that is all it takes to seal an emotion.
Every Sylor is a Guardian: a unique relic, born of a world in the Sylorkey galaxy. Astria, Guardian of Novure, carries a unique code hidden beneath its cloak. It alone can open the emotion it keeps.
Text, audio or video: you create your message in the app, then seal it with a password that only you know.
You set the exact date and time of the opening, from a few hours to several years away. Until then the message stays sealed, invisible to everyone.
“Some messages are not made for today… but for the exact moment when the future reveals them.”
How it works
Everything happens in the Sylorkey app, free on iOS and Android. The Guardian is the key; the app is the lock.
Send
The message will be accessible only at the moment you have chosen.
A message sent into the future, protected until its moment.
Receive
Your message is biding its time, protected, invisible to everyone…
Be patient — the revealing will come at the chosen moment.
The Guardian
Astria physically keeps your message until the opening date you have chosen.
In the app
Without a Guardian, a message can also be sealed in the app, with an opening up to 5 years ahead.
A gift
Give the Guardian to whomever you choose: they receive a companion to keep close, then, at the chosen moment, your message.
Questions
A Sylor is a Guardian: a unique relic, born of a world in the Sylorkey galaxy, which keeps a message sealed in time. At launch one world is open, Novure, and one Guardian is on pre-order, Astria. Every Guardian carries a unique code; that code, together with the Sylorkey app, is the only way to open the message.
In a way, yes. You seal a text, audio or video message with a password, and it opens only on the date and at the time you have chosen, not before. Except that this capsule has a Guardian: Astria, which you keep close from the day it arrives, while the message waits for its moment. A double gift, then: one right away, the other at the chosen moment.
At the back, beneath its cloak. It exists only once and binds your Guardian to the message you entrust to it, and to no one else.
You order and pay for Astria now, by card. Your Guardian belongs to the first edition and ships in December 2026 and is delivered by 31 January 2027 at the latest. Yes. The Sylorkey app, free on iOS and Android, is where the Guardian's code and the password chosen at sealing are entered. The message is revealed only at the date and time that were set, not before.
That is exactly what it is for, and it makes a double gift. You seal a message, then give the Guardian: it stays with the recipient from that day on, while the message itself opens only at the moment you have chosen.
Yes. In the app, digital Sylors are bought in packs, with an opening up to 5 years ahead. You can also give one to someone who has the app. Only a Guardian physically keeps the message.
The message stays sealed, and nothing is erased. The Guardian's owner declares it lost in the app: the message is then blocked. If the Guardian turns up, the owner unblocks it. Otherwise, the owner transfers the message to a new Guardian, never sealed before, with the password chosen at sealing.
Other relics will appear before long in the Sylorkey universe. They are not included in the Astria box and are not yet on sale.
