What happens next

• — We acknowledge your request by email, without delay.
• — We tell you how to send the product back, if it has already been delivered to you.
• — You send the product back within fourteen days of your request. Return postage is at your expense.
• — We refund you all sums paid, including the original delivery costs, within fourteen days at the latest of recovering the goods or receiving proof that they were sent, using the same means of payment you used.
